After your online order and payment are completed, FlashGreen will arrange the items to be sent to your selected store. Items usually arrive within one week, and FLASHGREEN store staff will notify you by phone or pickup SMS. Please collect and sign for your products at the selected store within three days after receiving the notification.

Once an order is confirmed and paid, ordered items, colours, quantities, stores, and pickup addresses cannot be changed or cancelled. Actual store arrival may be affected by stock availability, system operation, weather, traffic, or other operational factors.

How store pickup works
Please use order confirmation, payment completion, and the store arrival notification as your pickup reference. Do not visit the store for pickup before receiving a phone call or pickup SMS.
Order and pay online
Select products on the online store, confirm order details and payment amount, then complete payment.
An order is only confirmed after successful payment and system confirmation. Once the order is in paid status, ordered product details cannot be changed or cancelled.
Choose a pickup store
Select a convenient FlashGreen pickup store during checkout.
Available stores are those shown at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, the pickup store or pickup address cannot be changed; any change may also affect the expected arrival time.
Items arrive at store
Store pickup order items usually arrive at the selected store within one week.
After the items arrive, FLASHGREEN store staff will notify you by phone or pickup SMS. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product availability.
Collect within three days
After receiving the pickup notification, please visit the selected store within three days to collect and sign for your products.
You must present both the pickup receipt and WhatsApp notification. If either is missing, store staff cannot release the goods.

Store pickup is an online order fulfilment service. These arrangements help protect product quality, store inventory, and customer rights.
Wait for store notification
Order confirmation does not mean the items are ready. Please visit the selected store during opening hours only after receiving a store phone call or arrival SMS.
Keep your phone reachable
Please ensure the phone number and WhatsApp contact details entered at checkout are correct. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, pickup, holding, or overdue arrangements may be affected.
Prepare both pickup proofs
Customers must present both the pickup receipt and WhatsApp notification. If either is missing, the store may refuse to hand over the goods.
Check store hours
Please collect according to the latest opening hours of the selected store. Severe weather or unexpected incidents may affect store operations or pickup arrangements.

These terms and conditions apply to online store pickup orders completed through the FLASHGREEN website.
We reserve full discretion to accept or reject orders based on stock availability and system operation. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products.
Store pickup
Once an order is confirmed, no change can be made to products, colours, quantities, stores, pickup addresses, or related order details. Store pickup order items usually arrive at the selected store within one week, and FLASHGREEN store staff will notify you by phone or pickup SMS.
Pickup proof and signing
Customers must present both the pickup receipt and WhatsApp notification. Both are required before goods can be collected. After receiving the pickup notification, please collect and sign for your products at the selected store within three days.
Three-day pickup period and overdue fee
The three-day pickup period usually starts from the day the store staff make the phone call or send the arrival SMS. The first three days are the free holding period. After three days, the order may be cancelled without refund, or additional administration or holding fees may apply. Due to limited store space, overdue pickup will be charged at HK$10 per overdue day.
Order changes
After you complete the online order process through the FLASHGREEN website, ordered goods or pickup address cannot be changed or cancelled. Any change may affect the expected delivery time. Once an order is in paid status, we cannot accept any order change or cancellation.
Order cancellation and stock issues
If we cannot provide any ordered product or service due to out-of-stock items, system operation, or other reasons, we will contact you within three working days to follow up on refund arrangements.
Order errors, missing items, or defective products
Please check the goods immediately after collecting a pickup order. FLASHGREEN conducts strict quality checks for online pre-order products. If you find an order error, missing item, or defective product, please contact customer service immediately. You may be asked to provide photos and/or other information so we can properly investigate the issue.
